Conform Codului muncii, nu po\u021bi angaja pe cineva f\u0103r\u0103 certificat medical de aptitudine, iar lipsa lui poate atrage <strong>nulitatea CIM<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>doar dac\u0103 e relevant pentru job: <strong>cazier<\/strong>, permis, atestate, avize speciale etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; margin: 16px 0;\"><strong>2) Contractul individual de munc\u0103 (CIM)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><strong>CIM semnat<\/strong> (\u0219i, dup\u0103 caz, clauze: confiden\u021bialitate, neconcuren\u021b\u0103 etc.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>fi\u0219a postului<\/strong> + criterii\/obiective&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>informarea prealabil\u0103<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>regulament intern \/ politici<\/strong> + dovada comunic\u0103rii (semn\u0103tur\u0103 de luare la cuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; margin: 16px 0;\"><strong>3) Acte adi\u021bionale + acte privind modificarea\/suspendarea\/\u00eencetarea CIM<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><strong>acte adi\u021bionale<\/strong> (salariu, func\u021bie, program, loc de munc\u0103, telemunc\u0103, deta\u0219are etc.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>decizii<\/strong> (ex. suspend\u0103ri, sanc\u021biuni)<\/li>\n<li><strong>cereri ale salariatului<\/strong> (concedii f\u0103r\u0103 plat\u0103, demisie etc.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>documente de \u00eencetare<\/strong> (decizie \u00eencetare, acord p\u0103r\u021bi, demisie + confirm\u0103ri, predare-primire etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; margin: 16px 0;\"><strong>4) Plus orice alte documente care dovedesc legalitatea \u0219i corectitudinea complet\u0103rii \u00een Registru.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; margin: 16px 0;\">C\u00e2nd vine vorba de SSM \u0219i instruiri, mul\u021bi le \u021bin \u00eentr-un dosar separat, ceea ce e ok. Doar c\u0103 r\u0103spunsurile n-au ajutat prea mult.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; margin: 16px 0;\">Abia c\u00e2nd au privit r\u0103spunsurile <strong>prin prisma contextului<\/strong> au aflat c\u0103 cei mai mul\u021bi cump\u0103rau shake-ul diminea\u021ba, \u00eenainte de munc\u0103, ca s\u0103 aib\u0103 ceva de ron\u021b\u0103it \u00een trafic care s\u0103 le \u021bin\u0103 de foame p\u00e2n\u0103 la pr\u00e2nz. Mai simplu spus, nu cump\u0103r\u0103 software pentru func\u021bii, ci pentru lini\u0219te; iar c\u00e2nd cump\u0103r\u0103 consultan\u021b\u0103, vrea claritate, nu slide-uri. Nu abonamentul \u00een sine e important, ci predictibilitatea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; margin: 16px 0;\">C\u00e2nd \u00een\u021belegi asta, <strong>\u00eencepi s\u0103 comunici altfel<\/strong>: nu mai vorbe\u0219ti despre caracteristici, ci despre problema concret\u0103 pe care o rezolvi. \u0218i dintr-odat\u0103, concuren\u021ba se schimb\u0103.
