Pentru acela\u0219i scenariu, \u00een 2026 r\u0103m\u00e2ne cu 70.806 lei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; margin: 16px 0; border: none; outline: none;\">Da, \u00een 2026 este <strong>o sc\u0103dere de aproximativ 4% fa\u021b\u0103 de 2025<\/strong>, dar este mult mai bine fa\u021b\u0103 de cei 59.130 lei cu care ar r\u0103m\u00e2ne un PFA. A\u0219adar, concluzia este simpl\u0103: dac\u0103 nu ai un scenariu specific sau alte motive pentru a face trecerea la PFA, <strong>\u00een 2026 r\u0103m\u00e2ne mai avantajos SRL-ul.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; margin: 16px 0; border: none; outline: none;\">C\u00e2nd poate fi PFA-ul mai atractiv?<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: left; border: none; outline: none;\">\n<li>Venituri nete mici din activitatea respectiv\u0103<\/li>\n<li>Norm\u0103 de venit foarte avantajoas\u0103<\/li>\n<li>Ai deja alte venituri \u0219i situa\u021bia pe CASS\/CAS e special\u0103&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Motive non-fiscale (birocratie redusa, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; margin: 16px 0; border: none; outline: none;\">Ai \u0219i tu o nel\u0103murire sau o \u00eentrebare? Completeaz\u0103 formularul de mai jos. Dar, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 obiectivele stabilite, trebuie s\u0103 po\u021bi urm\u0103ri progresul \u0219i modul \u00een care \u00ee\u021bi atingi (sau nu) obiectivele respective. Asta te ajut\u0103 s\u0103 aliniezi oamenii din business-ul t\u0103u la strategia general\u0103, s\u0103 faci progresul vizibil tuturor \u0219i s\u0103 te concentrezi pe priorit\u0103\u021bile cele mai importante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; margin: 16px 0; border: none; outline: none;\">Acest cadru prin care stabile\u0219ti obiectivele, dar \u0219i cum arat\u0103 succesul se nume\u0219te OKR (Objectives and Key Results) sau Obiective \u0219i Rezultate-Cheie. Nu, nu este doar un moft din Silicon Valley, ci un cadru de lucru care poate transforma modul \u00een care echipa ta \u00ee\u0219i atinge obiectivele.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; margin: 16px 0; border: none; outline: none;\">Al\u0103turi de KPI-uri, acest cadru de lucru te poate ajuta s\u0103 m\u0103sori at\u00e2t succesul businessului t\u0103u, c\u00e2t \u0219i progresul efectiv.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; margin: 16px 0; border: none; outline: none;\"><strong>Care e leg\u0103tura dintre OKR \u0219i KPI?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; margin: 16px 0; border: none; outline: none;\">De\u0219i mul\u021bi antreprenori la \u00eenceput de drum confund\u0103 OKR-urile cu KPI-urile (sau le v\u0103d ca instrumente paralele), de fapt ele <strong>func\u021bioneaz\u0103 cel mai bine \u00eempreun\u0103<\/strong>. OKR-ul \u00ee\u021bi spune ce vrei s\u0103 atingi \u0219i cum arat\u0103 succesul, iar KPI-ul este unitatea cu care m\u0103sori dac\u0103 ai reu\u0219it. Dac\u0103 OKR-ul e direc\u021bia, KPI-ul este instrumentarul de bord.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; margin: 16px 0; border: none; outline: none;\">Spre exemplu, un OKR ar putea spune: \u201eVrem s\u0103 cre\u0219tem reten\u021bia clien\u021bilor \u00een urm\u0103toarele 3 luni&#8221;; \u00een acest caz, KPI-ul asociat ar fi: \u201eRata de reten\u021bie la 30 de zile&#8221;. \u00centr-un cadru aplicat, s\u0103 spunem la o agen\u021bie digital\u0103 mic\u0103, \u00eentreg procesul ar ar\u0103ta \u00een felul urm\u0103tor:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left; border: none; outline: none;\">\n<li>KPI: Rata de reten\u021bie a clien\u021bilor<\/li>\n<li>Obiectiv: \u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bim reten\u021bia clien\u021bilor existen\u021bi \u00een T2.<\/li>\n<li>Rezultat-cheie 1: Cre\u0219tem rata de reten\u021bie de la 72% la 85%.<\/li>\n<li>Rezultat-cheie 2: Ob\u021binem un scor NPS (Net promoter score) mediu de cel pu\u021bin 8 din 10.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; margin: 16px 0; border: none; outline: none;\">\u00cen exemplul de mai sus, de\u0219i rata de reten\u021bie a clien\u021bilor e un indicator important, nu \u00ee\u021bi spune ce s\u0103 faci mai departe cu el. Pentru a \u201emi\u0219ca&#8221; KPI-ul, trebuie s\u0103 \u00eel transformi \u00eentr-un OKR care \u00ee\u021bi d\u0103 direc\u021bia strategic\u0103 \u0219i ac\u021biunile m\u0103surabile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; margin: 16px 0; border: none; outline: none;\">\u00centr-un fel, KPI-urile sunt \u201ec\u0103r\u0103mizile&#8221; care construiesc un OKR reu\u0219it. Unele KPI-uri pot fi folosite ca rezultate-cheie \u00eentr-un OKR, iar altele pot fi urm\u0103rite separat, ca parte din s\u0103n\u0103tatea general\u0103 a afacerii.
