Acest checklist este de fapt o list\u0103 de 10 criterii pe care s\u0103 o folose\u0219ti atunci c\u00e2nd evaluezi o idee de business, iar pentru fiecare criteriu trebuie s\u0103 acorzi un scor \u00eentre 0 si 10. La final trebuie doar s\u0103 aduni scorul \u0219i ob\u021bii totalul. Este important s\u0103 afli c\u00e2t de mult \u00ee\u0219i doresc sau au nevoie oamenii de produsul t\u0103u \u0219i s\u0103 stabile\u0219ti \u00een ce m\u0103sur\u0103 ideea ta de afacere rezolv\u0103&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>o nevoie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o dorin\u021b\u0103<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sau o urgen\u021b\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu c\u00e2t produsul t\u0103u satisface o nevoie sau chiar o urgen\u021b\u0103, cu at\u00e2t v\u00e2nz\u0103rile vor fi mai mari dec\u00e2t dac\u0103 ar satisface doar o dorin\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dimensiunea-pie\u021bei\">Dimensiunea pie\u021bei&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Urm\u0103torul pas \u00een evaluarea afacerii este s\u0103 stabile\u0219ti care este avatarul de client \u0219i desigur, publicul \u021bint\u0103 pentru business-ul t\u0103u. Cu c\u00e2t audien\u021ba este mai mare, cu at\u00e2t poten\u021bialul afacerii cre\u0219te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-potentialul-de-stabilire-a-preturilor\">Poten\u0163ialul de stabilire a pre\u0163urilor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Scopul unui business este desigur profitul. Cu c\u00e2t pre\u021bul serviciilor\/produselor este mai mare, cu at\u00e2t veniturile \u00eenregistrate sunt mai mari \u0219i desigur, \u0219i profitul poten\u021bial este unul avantajos. \u00cens\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 ai grij\u0103 s\u0103 stabile\u0219ti un pre\u021b corect. Cum po\u021bi avea un pre\u021b corect \u0219i totodat\u0103 profit? Stabile\u0219te care este cel mai mare pre\u0163 mediu pe care un client ar fi dispus s\u0103-l cheltuiasc\u0103 pentru produsul\/serviciul t\u0103u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-costul-de-achizi\u021bie-client\">Costul de achizi\u021bie client<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un alt criteriu relevant este costul de achizi\u021bie client, sau mai exact costul pl\u0103tit de firm\u0103 (at\u00e2t \u00een bani, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een efort) pentru a achizi\u021biona un nou client.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-costul-de-livrare\">Costul de livrare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un cost foarte important pentru randamentul afacerii este costul livr\u0103rii valorii oferite de produsul\/serviciul t\u0103u. Ce presupune acest cost? Reprezint\u0103&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>costul de produc\u021bie<\/strong> (cheltuieli cu angaja\u021bii, cheltuieli cu eventuale materii prime, cheltuieli de marketing \u0219i promovare etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cumulat cu <strong>costul de livrare <\/strong>(cheltuieli cu transportul, depozitare etc)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Spre exemplu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dac\u0103 ai un atelier de pr\u0103jituri, costul de livrare a valorii pr\u0103jiturilor v\u00e2ndute va fi&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>costul materiilor prime<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>costul cu salariile <\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>costuri de marketing (promovare pe re\u021bele de socializare)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>costuri de transport.&nbsp;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-unicitatea-ofertei\">Unicitatea ofertei&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O afacere cu poten\u021bial ridicat presupune servicii sau produse care se diferen\u021biaz\u0103 u\u0219or de cele ale competitorilor. Cu c\u00e2t reu\u0219e\u0219ti s\u0103 aduci pe pia\u021b\u0103 o ofert\u0103 deosebit\u0103, chiar unic\u0103, cu at\u00e2t vei fi mai greu de copiat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-viteza-de-intrare-pe-pia\u021ba\">Viteza de intrare pe pia\u021b\u0103<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu c\u00e2t ideea de business poate fi lansat\u0103 mai rapid, cu at\u00e2t va \u00eencepe s\u0103 produc\u0103 mai repede venituri. A\u0219adar, trebuie s\u0103 stabile\u0219ti c\u00e2t de repede po\u021bi crea ceva de v\u00e2ndut. Cu c\u00e2t viteza de intrare pe pia\u021b\u0103 este mai mare, cu at\u00e2t business-ul are un poten\u021bial mai mare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-investi\u021bie-ini\u021biala\">Investi\u021bie ini\u021bial\u0103&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O afacere profitabil\u0103 \u00eenseamn\u0103 nu doar v\u00e2nz\u0103ri rapide, ci \u0219i recuperarea rapid\u0103 a investi\u021biei ini\u021biale \u0219i o capacitate mare de autofinan\u021bare. Desigur, cu c\u00e2t investi\u021bia ini\u021bial\u0103 este mai mic\u0103, cu at\u00e2t este mai u\u0219or de amortizat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De exemplu:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pentru o afacere in domeniul fotografiei ai nevoie pentru \u00eenceput doar de un aparat bun, un laptop \u0219i un program de editare. Cheltuielile cu achizi\u021bia acestor instrumente pot fi recuperate din primele evenimente, urm\u00e2nd ca apoi firma s\u0103 produc\u0103 deja profit.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pe de alt\u0103 parte, pentru o afacere orientat\u0103 pe produc\u021bia \u0219i distribu\u021bia de piese auto vei avea nevoie de utilaje pentru produc\u021bie, angaja\u021bi, mijloace de transport. Cheltuielile ini\u021biale vor fi considerabil mai mari \u0219i implicit, mai greu de recuperat.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-poten\u021bial-evergreen\">Poten\u021bial Evergreen&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu c\u00e2t un produs poate fi replicat pentru v\u00e2nz\u0103ri multiple, cu at\u00e2t investi\u021bia (bani, munc\u0103, efort) va fi mai mic\u0103. Cel mai avantajos este s\u0103 lansezi pe pia\u021b\u0103 un produs cu poten\u021bial evergreen pentru care, odat\u0103 creat\u0103 oferta ini\u021bial\u0103, nu va fi nevoie de munc\u0103 suplimentar\u0103 sau de costuri adi\u021bionale substan\u021biale pentru a continua s\u0103 \u00eel vinzi cu succes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spre exemplu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>O afacere de consultan\u021b\u0103 \u00een marketing presupune o preg\u0103tire constant\u0103 pentru a putea oferi rezultate optime clien\u021bilor.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pe de alt\u0103 parte, un produs precum o carte, sau un portofoliu de fotografii pot fi produse o singur\u0103 dat\u0103, dar v\u00e2nz\u0103rile s\u0103 fie multe \u0219i semnificative.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cum-\u0219tii-daca-ideea-de-afacere-este-sau-nu-fezabila\">Cum \u0219tii dac\u0103 ideea de afacere este sau nu fezabil\u0103?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai o idee de afacere \u0219i vrei s\u0103 \u0219tii dac\u0103 are sau nu poten\u021bial de a se transforma \u00eentr-un business de succes? Trebuie doar s\u0103 parcurgi aceste criterii de evaluare prezentate de Josh Kaufman \u00een cartea sa \u0219i s\u0103 aduni scorul ob\u021binut.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 reu\u0219e\u0219ti s\u0103 bifezi c\u00e2t mai multe din aceste criterii \u0219i ai un scor de 75 sau mai mare, atunci te po\u021bi lansa \u00een antreprenoriat. \u00cen caz contrar, pentru un scor sub 75, este mai bine s\u0103 cau\u021bi o alt\u0103 idee de business pentru a scuti astfel investi\u021bia de bani, timp \u0219i energie \u00eentr-o afacere sortit\u0103 e\u0219ecului.
